  • The Vurger Co

    Plant-based food brand started from zero and grew in retail and quick-service restaurants. The Vurger Co is one of the UK’s top plant-based food brands, changing fast food to be modern, ethical, and community-focused. As co-founder and CEO for 9 years, I led branding, creativity, growth, and customer experience in QSR, retail, and direct-to-consumer.
    Key achievements: multiple locations, raised $6M+, HarperCollins book deal, grocery condiment range.

    A boutique advisory firm helping founders build from lived experience. The idea came after realising that most advisors have never run a business themselves, yet the best advice comes from people who have been there in the trenches. So Silverwood Rose was born, and alongside my co-founders, we provide brand strategy, creative direction, financial strategy and operational insight to help founders grow with clarity and confidence, for founders by founders.
